meHistory — a diary that turns your days into a history book, with an AI historian (史官) you can ask about your past.

常见问题

• 分（credits）是什么？ 问史官和云端分析按实际用量扣分，问得越多、越长，用得越多；简单的问题通常不到 1 分。注册送 300 分；也可以在「设置 → 账户 → 买分」购买。
• 会员是什么？ 「岁月史书会员」按月、按季或按年自动续订。会员期间用史官不扣分（每月合理使用上限约 1000 分的用量，超出后照常扣分），每月另送 100 分。在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」里随时取消，取消后用到当期结束。
• 日记存在哪里？ 在你的设备上，或你自己的 iCloud 云盘里。
• 能不让史官看到某一天吗？ 能。在那一天右上角的 ✋ 菜单里选「不给史官看」，私密的日子永远不会发给 AI；也可以用密码「上锁」，内容加密保存。忘记密码无法找回已上锁的内容。
• 手表怎么用？ 在手表上点「写」或「问」，说话后由 iPhone 转成文字。需要 iPhone 在身边。
• 怎么联系我们？ 在 设置 → 账户 里找到你的用户 ID，写信时附上，方便查到你的账户；在那里点「联系我们」会自动带上。退款、购买问题、删除数据都请附上用户 ID（购买问题也可以附上 Apple 收据邮件里的订单号）。
• 用户 ID 是什么？ 登录时创建的一个名字（6–20 位：字母、数字、下划线和点），只用来在客服、退款时找到你的账户。别人看不到你的用户 ID，更看不到你的日记。创建后不能修改。
• 怎么删除账户？ 「设置 → 账户 → 删除账户」。

FAQ

• Credits: Asking the historian and cloud analysis use credits by actual usage: longer and more questions use more; a simple question usually costs less than 1 credit. 300 at signup; more in Settings → Account → Buy credits.
• Membership: meHistory Membership renews monthly, quarterly or yearly. While you're a member, the historian doesn't use your credits (fair use: about 1000 credits' worth of usage a month; beyond that, credits are charged as usual), and you get 100 credits every month. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; it stays active until the end of the period.
• Where is my diary? On your device, or in your own iCloud Drive.
• Can I keep a day from the Historian? Yes. In the ✋ menu at the top right of that day choose "Hide from the Historian": private days are never sent to the AI. You can also lock it with a password, which encrypts it. A forgotten password can't be recovered.
• Contact us: Find your user ID in Settings → Account and include it when you write, so we can find your account; the Contact us button there adds it for you. For refunds, purchase problems or data requests, please always include your user ID (for a purchase, the Order ID from Apple's receipt email helps too).
• User ID: a name you create when you sign in (6–20 characters: letters, digits, "_" and "."). It is only used to find your account for support and refunds. Nobody else can see it, let alone your diary. It can't be changed.
• Delete account: 设置 → 账户 → 删除账户. Privacy: Privacy Policy.
